Sustaining Business Success: Future-proofing your business

In a world of diminishing resources, the challenge of delivering a sustainable business model is greater than ever. How can businesses be commercially successful while helping to create a more sustainable society and economy in a world with diminished credit, disposable income and natural resources? This event will focus on issues such as resilience, horizon-scanning and potential partnerships to capitalise on opportunities to future-proof the way you lead and manage your business.

This event will feature speakers Peter Head CBE, named as one of The Guardian’s 50 people who could save the planet and by Time Magazine as one of 30 global eco-heroes and Dr Calvin Jones, an Economist at Cardiff Business School.

The Challenge series consists of cutting-edge talks and high-level networking events designed to challenge the way business people think, lead and manage. This event has been organised by Leadership & Management Wales and the BRASS Research Centre.
